August 5th–11th, we’re outside… and you’re invited.

We’re celebrating Ayana’s 50th birthday in Punta Cana—along with all the Leos and anyone else ready to step away and enjoy life for a few days.

Think turquoise waters, endless sunshine, and palm trees… and in true Leo fashion, a little fun in the sun. Come when you can, stay as long as you’d like, and choose how you want to enjoy it.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, bringing your crew, or just ready for a break, expect good energy, great vibes, and the kind of trip you don’t have to overthink.

Designed with flexibility in mind, this 3–7 day experience allows you to select your travel dates within August 5th–11th and tailor your stay to fit your schedule. Whether it’s a quick reset or a full getaway, you have the freedom to create an experience that feels effortless, intentional, and exactly how you want it.

We will be staying on the Lopesan Resort Complex.

Our home will be at the beautiful Adults-Only Serenity Bay, giving you that relaxed, grown, no-kids atmosphere while still being right in the center of everything.

One of the best parts of this resort is the Boulevard—this is where everything comes together. Restaurants, lounges, entertainment, nightlife… all in one place. Whether you’re stepping out for dinner, grabbing a drink, or just seeing where the night takes you, this is where the energy lives.

This is the kind of place where you can do a whole lot… or absolutely nothing at all—and either way, you’re doing it right.

Here’s what you can expect:
• Multiple pools and swim-up bars (because getting out the water is optional)

For those needing different room options, there are additional accommodations available within the Lopesan complex, including Lopesan Caoba Lagoon and Lopesan Costa Bávaro. Please read your package details carefully

1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies. 

2. All payments to EleVe Travel and Events are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. Be prepared for the unexpected. 

3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!  

4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments). 

5. Choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  

6. You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours to review your account. Name corrections after final payment will incur a $50 change fee..  

7. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. EleVe Travel and Events has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future.  See Travel Protection Insurance below.

As we know "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise.  Below is a link to several insurance companies.  We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy.  If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should)  most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit.  You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance. Deposits of $100 per person are due immediately to secure room.

FINAL PAYMENT due July 5, 2026.

1.  Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability. 

2. All roommates must pay the deposit to reserve the room. 

3. Payments are invoiced through Wetravel.  You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.

4.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@globaltravelersllc.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.   

5. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the group organizers. Packages are not al la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private activities.
